- Paragliding — Sarangkot is the primary launching spot for tandem flights over Pokhara. Staying here allows for a much earlier start than driving up from the lake in the morning.
- Ziplining — Take off on one of the world's steepest and longest ziplines from the top of Sarangkot, soaring more than a mile down to the valley floor.
- Bird and wildlife watching — The area offers top-notch birdwatching. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, as leopards and tigers are known to inhabit the surrounding forests and occasionally make themselves visible.
- Trekking and hiking — Use Sarangkot as a starting point for multi-day treks towards the Annapurna Sanctuary or Panchase, or enjoy a scenic day hike on the dirt roads winding through charming local villages.
