Planning Tips
- Navigate via Berliner Platz — Plan to arrive or depart using the Ludwigshafen Mitte station, not the main station, as it is the true hub for trams, buses, and taxis.
- Transfer at Mannheim — When arriving by rail, be aware you will need to switch to a local RE train, S-Bahn, or a tram directly outside Mannheim's central station.
- Use the tram system — An extensive tram network links Ludwigshafen with Mannheim and various city districts, operating from morning until late at night.
